I have reservations at a resort but can’t find them when I sign in

    Hi Patricia,

Whoo hoo! I'm thrilled to hear that you'll be staying in the magic with Disney Resorts Collection! Not only will you enjoy incredibly immersive theming and the same excellent customer service you can expect from Disney, but you'll be able to take advantage of early theme park entry as all four parks will open half an hour early every day for Disney Resort hotel Guests! Pretty sweet, huh? If you're staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort, Disney Deluxe Villa Resort, or a few select other hotels, you'll also be able to take advantage of extended evening theme park hours a few days each week!

If you're not seeing your Resort reservation in "My Plans" within your My Disney Experience account or on the My Disney Experience app, you'll simply want to take the confirmation number from the email you received after you booked your trip and link your stay to your account. Once you've done that, you'll be able to see your stay in your plans and use the Online Check-In service ahead of time. Yay! Let the countdown begin!

Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney, Patricia, and please let us know if we can help with anything else. I hope you have a truly magical vacation and make memories to cherish for years to come!
