    We have reservations for Rainforest Downtown Disney Sept 24 at 10:00pm, and we do not want to miss any of the Fantasmic show that is scheduled to begin at 8:00pm. Will we have enough time to get there after the show?

    I think you'll be fine. 

    The Fantasmic show is about 25 minutes long. Because of the number people exiting the park at once, it can take about 20 minutes to get out of the park after the show is over.

    There is no direct transportation between Disney's Hollywood Studios and Downtown Disney. My advice is to walk from DHS to the nearby Boardwalk hotel (about a 15 minute walk). From there you can grab a bus to Downtown Disney. This should get you there in plenty of time, but if you feel like you're rushing, you could also get a cab at either DHS or the Boardwalk that will get you to Downtown Disney even quicker.
