Hi I have reservations at Port Orleans Jan 27th to Feb 4th and I have made 2 Park reservations for January but I still cannot make reservations in Feb... When will I be able to get a Feb reservation? Thank you

    Hi Chelsea,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this question. I'd be happy to help get your plans sorted out for your upcoming stay.

I just took a look at Theme Park Reservation Availability calendars and see that park reservations can be booked through January 18, 2024 at this time with valid admission. It also appears that all four parks are currently available during the dates you mentioned. There should be no timing restrictions on making February park reservations unless you've booked a room and ticket package that only includes two theme park tickets for the length of your stay. If this is the case, you'd only be able to hold two park reservations at one time and would need to modify or cancel one of your January reservations in order to make a second reservation during the month of February.

If you happen to be an Annual Pass holder and booked a room-only reservation, you'd be limited to holding between three and five reservations at one time depending on which pass type you purchased.

If neither of these scenarios seem to fit there are a few more steps you can take. First, be sure your reservation details are properly linked to your My Disney Experience App. Navigate to the three lines at the bottom right of your mobile app and confirm that the correct ticket type is displayed under "Tickets and Passes." If you purchased a vacation package that includes more than two days of tickets or if there is some other situation I haven't addressed, I'd suggest reaching out to Guest Services for additional help with your tickets

Both Disney's Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter and Disney's Port Orleans Resort-Riverside which are just a 10 min walk apart, are also a relaxing water taxi ride away from Disney Springs. There you'll find even more dining, shopping, and entertainment options to enjoy with no park admission required. Get ready to be enchanted by the charming decor at both resorts and be sure to stop by Scat Cat's Club for some delicious Mickey-shaped beignets.

    Wishing you a magical stay,
    Amy
