Hi! I have reservations for the Pirates and Pals cruise but never received tickets. Do I need tickets for this or will they have our reservation once we arrive? Thank you!!

Ahoy, Jaime! Thanks for bringing ye question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your brave buccaneers will love cruising the Seven Seas Lagoon aboard the Pirate and Pals Firework Voyage. Be sure to practice ye pirate-talk before meeting Captain Hook and Mr. Smee – ye don’t want to be a landlubber, do ye?

Tickets are not usually mailed to Guests attending this voyage. The Cast Members heading up the crew should have a listing of all confirmed reservations. While some Special Events do show up in Guests' My Disney Experience accounts, at this time, the Pirate and Pals Firework Voyage does not. I have a tip to help keep track of your confirmation number and arrival time.  There is a Notes section of My Disney Experience to add daily itinerary reminders. I have used this section many times because I know if my girls miss their appointments, I'll be walking the plank!

When you go into the My Itinerary section of My Disney Experience, first change the date at the top to show the date of your event. Then, click on Add Plans at the top left, and choose the option to Add a Note. This will open a note where you can add the time and location of your event, label your event and add your confirmation number to an optional Details box. When you complete this, your Note will show up in your day’s itinerary, even when using the My Disney Experience mobile app.

I hope you have a great vacation and please let us know if you have any further questions.
