    Hello - I make reservations by phone to Bibidi Boutique and to Pirates and Pals cruise - I have the booking numbers but these bookings did not appears at my disney experience app, why ? how can I link it to my magic band ?

    Thanks for reaching out to us here again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question!

    Your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Pirates & Pals reservation numbers will not populate on the My Disney Experience app, no. What I usually do is add them in the "Notes" section for the day that I will be going, just so that I have confirmation if needed and so that I have all of my information in one central location.

    When you arrive at the venue for each experience, you can pull up the reservation number in your app if you have inputted it there, and give the number to the appropriate Cast Member to check in.
