When will reservations be open at the Grand Floridian for March 2027?

    Hi there!

Thanks for bringing this question to planDisney!

At the time of writing this, Disney World vacation packages for 2027 have not yet been released. But let’s look back at this past year to give us an idea of what to expect.

Vacation packages for January through October 2026 were announced on April 22, 2025. So, things could start opening up this Spring to early Summer. I’d keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog in the coming months for any announcements.

Grand Floridian is one of my all-time favorite resorts! And there have been quite a few updates happening around the property. The lobby area got a beautiful remodel, featuring a new lounge called The Perch. My husband and I loved the drinks there, and it was so nice to relax while listening to the pianist.

1900 Park Fare now offers a character meal featuring Disney friends such as Princess Tiana, Aladdin, Mirabel, and Cinderella (subject to change). And the Garden View Lounge - Tea Experience will be reopening this year.

One of my favorite things we’ve ever done at Grand Floridian, though? As a guest of the resort, you can book a pool cabana (pending availability). My husband and I agreed that it was some of the best money we’ve ever spent at Disney World! We loved having a comfortable space at the pool, and the Cast Members were so helpful throughout the day.

If you’re planning to spend a day away from the theme parks, I highly recommend that experience! Make sure to book in advance, though, because it’s a popular Enchanting Extra

I hope that helps! If you have any other questions as you plan your trip, feel free to reach back out!
