We have 8:40am reservations at the OHana character breakfast and then I made an 11:30am reservation for my daughter to go the BBB? Will I have enough time to get from OHana to Cinderella's castle? How long does O'Hana last?

Most character meals take about an hour. You could perhaps spend maybe 15-20 more if you were an extremely slow eater, but I have never heard of a character meal taking more than an hour and a half. So, worst case scenario, you're done at Ohana at 10:10. You need to walk to the monorail station and get on the monorail. This is five minutes if a train is at the station. It could take 15 minutes or so if you've just missed a train. Worst case puts you boarding the monorail at 10:25. The ride to the Magic Kingdom is about 5 minutes. It takes maybe ten minutes to walk to the security checkpoint and then enter the park. Now you're at 10:40. Once you're in the park it's a 5-10 minute walk to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in the Magic Kingdom. Then you check in at the podium.

I've given you the longest possible time for everything here, even with this, you're still at the BBB by 11:00. So, you should be absolutely fine for your reservation.

Hope you have a great trip!
