Hello, I have 2 reservations in October 2021 (splitting our stay between 2 resorts). We have paid deposits on both. My question is, how can I view those reservations to see balance due? Tia

Hi there, Jeff! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and asking your wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

Staying with the Disney Resorts Collection is the best way to add an extra dash of pixie dust to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel are entitled to a variety of perks such as complimentary transportation across the property, closer proximity to the theme parks, and more. Also, beginning later in 2021, Guests will be able to enter any of the four theme parks up to 30-minutes prior to the official opening time! This is a great way to kickstart your adventures and fit in a bit more magic!

Typically, you can find this information online through your My Disney Experience account. First, you will need to log into your account and navigate over to the “My Plans” section. From there, identify which reservation you would like to make a payment on. You should then see a link to make a payment on your balance. On the following page, you should also be able to see how much you currently owe on that specific reservation. If this option is not available, you may have to call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line for more information.

Additionally, room-only reservations are slightly different than vacation packages! With this type of reservation, you will not pay off your balance until you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel. So, if this is the type of reservation you currently have, I would also recommend reaching out to the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line for more information regarding your balance.

I hope this information assists you as you plan for your October trip to Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to let us know if we can provide any other planning assistance!
