Hello. I have reservations for myself and my daughter to stay at the Grand Floridian next month. May 20-26. We have given a deposit. I cannot see online how I can pay the balance due. Where on the site can I handle payment?

It’s a grand day to visit planDisney, Vickie!

I’m happy you stopped by with your question for us.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is my favorite place in the world, and I’m thrilled you and your daughter will be staying there so very soon! I’ve made precious memories with my Mouseketeers there, and I know you’ll be doing the same during your vacation.

Vickie, if you have a Vacation Package, which includes a Resort hotel room stay and theme park tickets, you can make payments through your My Disney Experience account. To do this, please follow these steps:

-Log into your My Disney Experience account.
-Hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right corner.
-Select My Plans from the drop-down menu.
    -Locate your upcoming reservation.
-Next to your reservation, select Make a Payment.
-It is here that you will be able to see how much your remaining balance is and make payments towards your vacation.

If you have a room-only reservation, the option to pay in your My Disney Experience account will not be available. However, you can find the remaining balance by locating the confirmation email sent to you when you booked your vacation. The email should include how much you have paid towards your deposit and the amount of your remaining balance. Usually, with room-only reservations, you can pay off your remaining balance upon arrival at your Disney Resort hotel. However, if you’d like to pay it beforehand, feel free to call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, and a Cast Member can take your payment over the phone.

You’ll find Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to be dreamy. This Victorian-inspired resort is set on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon, offering stunning views of Cinderella Castle and Magic Kingdom Park. One of its many highlights is that it provides access to Magic Kingdom Park via the Disney Monorail or Water Taxi.

One of my favorite things to do there is to enjoy watching the dazzling display of Happily Ever After spectacular by the marina as they pipe in music from the show. The dining options at this Resort hotel are fantastic; whether you’re feeling like enjoying the exquisite fine dining at Narcoossee’s or you need comfort food and Mobile Order a Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Bisque from Gasparilla Island Grill (my personal favorite), or both, the Grand has you covered!

This Resort hotel offers an unforgettable Disney vacation experience with its elegant accommodations, excellent dining options, and top-notch amenities, and I’m so excited about your visit, Vickie!

    Wishing you an enchanting visit.
