Hiya, Mary! Welcome to planDisney!
Spring is my favorite time to visit
Walt Disney World Resort and I'm positively twitterpated for you! There's so much to see and do this May and there's surely magic waiting for you around every corner. You'll be able to experience
The World's Most Magical Celebration and can enjoy some
celebratory sweets while watching the glowing
Beacons of Magic in each of the parks. And you won't want to miss the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, which will be blooming just in time for your visit!
But before we can get you standing in front of
Cinderella Castle, we have to make sure you're able to make your Theme Park Reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system! I have a few steps you can take to try to turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage. Let me just grab my magic wand!
First, make sure you're using one of the
recommended browsers. Personally, I seem to have the best experience when using Google Chrome.
Next, log into your
My Disney Experience account with this recommended browser. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click
My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to "Tickets & Memory Maker." Make sure you can see the correct number of tickets for the Guests in your travel party.
If you can see the correct tickets, that's great! Go ahead and try to make your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system, now with your recommended browser. The great news is that, at the time of this writing, it looks like all parks are available for the dates of your trip when viewing the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar!
If you're unable to see your tickets in your My Disney Experience account, it's possible that you still have to link your tickets. Try to link them using the
Link Reservations and Purchases page. You'll also be able to assign each ticket to a Guest!
Mary, if the above steps didn't work for you, my next best piece of advice would be to
call a Cast Member. They'll be more than happy to take a peek at your plans and help you make your Theme Park Reservations! Be sure to have your confirmation number handy and know which parks you'd like to visit on each day of your trip. If you do decide to call a Cast Member, I'd suggest calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic can be in high demand. Speaking of which, my second piece of advice would be to have a little extra patience! Cast Members do their best to make every Guest's day the BEST. DAY. EVER. I'm sure a little extra kindness will be warmly welcomed!
I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust, Mary! If you have any other questions, please visit us again.
See ya real soon!
