    We have reservations for mar. 2011 at POFQ and have the dining plan. We were told to plan 90 min. when traveling from our resort to our dining destination. We have breakfast reserved at Tusker House at 8:a.m. Will the buses be running at 6:30 a.m.?

    Hi Don! I think you can safely sleep a little later that morning. The bus ride from the Port Orleans French Quarter Resort to the Animal Kingdom park takes about thirty minutes. You may have to wait 10 minutes for the bus to pick you up, and once you arrive at Animal Kingdom, you'll need 15 minutes or so to walk to Tusker House, so you should plan to be at the bus stop by 7 a.m.. Buses do begin running early in the morning to transport guests to their character breakfasts; however, it's always a good idea to confirm with your resort's Guest Relations the night before your reservation the time that those buses will start running the next morning.
