We have reservations for June 2009 and I have been buying disney pins on ebay for my children to trade. Most of the pins have a date of 2007 on the back, will they still be tradeable in 2009? Do workers ever not trade because of old pins?

Much to the contrary. Often older pins are more valuable in a trading situation because they are less readily available. Without knowing exactly what pins you have, I can't give you any advice on their tradability, but assuming they are valid Disney trading pins, you should have no trouble at all with 2007 issues.

A great resource for all Disney pin traders is the book "Tomart's Disneyana Guide to Pin Trading." This is available online from Amazon.com or in all the Disney theme parks. It gives photos of thousands of Disney pins and estimates their value. It also gives a brief history of Disney pin trading.

Another great source of information is the official Disney pin trading site found HERE.

I hope you make some great trades!
