We have reservations at the FWL from M-S and 5-day park tickets. We will be arriving in Orlando on the Sun. before and staying off Disney property then checking in at FWL Mon., is it poss. to check-in early & get our park tickets so we can go to a par

    Hi Christi,

We often like to arrive in Orlando a day or two before our Disney vacation package begins. We love already being on property and having a whole day ahead of us once our passes begin.

I will assume that your park passes are part of your Disney vacation package and the number of days was designed around the number of days at your Disney resort. If your passes were purchased as part of your Disney package, then unfortunately you will not be able to pick up your passes a day early. The passes will actually be included on your Key to the World card on your check-in day. This card will serve as your resort room key, your admission pass to the parks, and your charge card if you set up that feature. You would be able to arrive ealry that Monday morning and check in. Even if your resort room is not available that early, you could still receive your key and therefore your passes, and head to a park early Monday.

There are numerous options for your Sunday visit. You could choose to purchase a one day park pass, however this option is not very cost effective. You could purchase a one day ticket to one of Disney's water parks or DisneyQuest, or a great option at a very reasonable price, is to visit Disney's ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for the day. We also like to spend that extra day at Downtown Disney or take in a round of miniature golf at one of Disney's courses.

You will find a huge selection of activities to keep you busy on Sunday, then get a good night's sleep and head over to your resort very early Monday to begin playing in the parks.
