We have reservations for Fort Wilderness for October 2022 in our RV. I've read conflicting information on dogs. I've read 4 dogs allowed per campsite in Plan Disney answers, but have read 2 dogs elsewhere. I have three dogs, will they be allowed?

    Welcome to planDisney, William!

I am so thrilled to hear that not only are you planning on taking a glamping vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth, but you are planning on bringing your fur babies along.

I can only imagine how much fun they will have exploring the wilderness on long wooded walks and making some new friends at Waggin' Trails Dog Park.

William, to avoid any confusion, I went straight to the source and reached out to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. The very friendly Cast Member that I spoke with stated that there was indeed a maximum of two dogs allowed, regardless of if you were staying in your own RV or in a Cabin. She also reminded me that all dogs must be on a leash anytime that they are out of your dwelling and that they must be up to date on vaccinations.

If one of your pups is more comfortable with boarding, you can always book a night at Best Friends Pet Care. Even if you only bring two of your fur-babies along for the trip, call Best Friends Pet Care to book a day of play. Not only will you get to enjoy the day at the theme parks without worrying about anything, but your puppies will also have the time of their lives and fall into a deep sleep as soon as you return home.

Wishing you the best dog-gone vacation ever!
