Welcome, Susan!
Epcot is one of my favorite of the Disney Parks when it comes to dining. I can literally
eat my way around the world at the World Showcase! With such a wide variety of international dining options, you're sure to find one or two (or three or four) that you must try! Many of the spots offer quick bites with no reservations, but there are some really amazing restaurants tat do require reservations, so you'll want to check those out too.
I highly recommend making Advanced Dining Reservations for all of your meals at
restaurants that accept reservations to ensure you have a spot. Guests are able to begin making dining reservations with Disney 180 days prior to their trip, and since I see you'll be visiting next month, you'll want to begin making reservations as soon as possible, as many restaurants do fill up quickly. However, if you find that your preferred restaurant or time isn't available, keep checking back, especially in the week or two leading up to your trip, as guests change their plans all the time, and reservations may open up again.
I hope that helps as you get ready to embark on a magical adventure at the
Walt Disney World Resort, Susan!
