Hip hip hooray, Janice!
I'm so glad you found your way to planDisney today and would be happy to help. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World Resort
theme park tickets are nonrefundable. However, in the event you have to cancel your trip, you have the option of modifying the date of your ticket as long as you do so before its original start date. I know that's likely not what you were hoping to hear, but the bright side is you won't lose out on what you’ve already spent on the tickets. Keep in mind you may have to pay for any increase in ticket price for the new dates, if applicable, and you need to check the
Disney Park Pass reservation calendar ahead of time to
make sure there's availability for your new trip dates. To change the date on your ticket, log into your
My Disney Experience account online and go to your "My Plans" page. Scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and click on "Tickets & Memory Maker.” If you click on the ticket, you should see an option to change its dates.
Janice, I am crossing my fingers you won’t have a reason to change your plans. I so want you to be able to experience the EARidescent excitement of the
50th Anniversary Celebration and the magic of the
holiday season! You have to check out the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays during your trip. There are festive dishes to sample, decorations at every turn, traditional holiday tales from around the world throughout World Showcase, a scavenger hunt, and so much more. If you can, make time to attend one of the
Candlelight Processional performances in
EPCOT too. It’s sure to get you in the holiday spirit and put a smile on your face.
If you think of anything else we can help with, please stop by
planDisney again and let us know. Have a magical trip, Janice!
Until next time,
Alyssa
