We have reservations at Disney's Port Orleans Resort. Can I make reservations for Fantasmic restaurant reservation and see the show without buying an evening package?

Hello, Rosalie, and welcome to planDisney! You sound like an excellent trip planner, so you're in good company here. Experiencing Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios sounds like the perfect way to end a day at the theme parks, so let's look at your options for seeing this spectacular show.

Fantasmic! Dining Packages are a fabulous way to reserve a prime viewing spot; you'll feel like a VIP! Here's how it works. From the landing page, click the blue "Check Availability" button to see a list of participating restaurants and available dining times. No matter what restaurant or meal time you choose, you'll receive a voucher for that evening's Fantasmic! show.

I checked the Theme Park Calendar for the week of May 2, and Fantasmic! is currently scheduled for 9:00 PM each night. So, if you choose to have lunch at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant at noon, you can enjoy a Flying Saucer Impossible Burger and then spend your day riding Slinky Dog Dash and Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway. Around 8:30, you'll head to Fantasmic! with your voucher to choose your seat in the designated section. Sit back and enjoy the show!

Rosalie, I'm sprinkling pixie dust and fireworks so you'll have the visit of your dreams. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
