    We have reservations in disney springs. The last two nights we are moving over to OKW. I have purchased tickets linked to my disney experiencE. How do I trade in tickets for personalized color magic bands? Do I have to buy them?

    Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your MagicBand question. It's lovely to have you with us.

    Since you have a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation and theme park admission tickets linked to your My Disney Experience Account, you should be able to customize your MagicBands now. In My Disney Experience, scroll down to the MagicBands and Cards tab. There you should find a section listing Your Orders which will list any upcoming Resort hotel reservations. On the right side of the screen should be a button to Get Started. Just click that to confirm your address and make any customization to your complimentary MagicBands.
