I had to reschedule a few vacations myself last year, so I completely understand your situation.
Sarah, the first thing I recommend that you do is to go into your
My Disney Experience Account and see if you can locate your
theme park tickets. You will be able to see your tickets by going to "My Plans" and navigating to "Tickets & Memory Maker."
Sarah, if you are unable to pull up any travel plans in your My Disney Experience Account, and can not locate your confirmation number in your email, you will want to call the friendly Cast Members at
(407) 566-4985. They should be able to locate your vacation package details by using your email address.
