    I have reservations for December and have paid for our Disney Trip, but we have not yet received our information, (tickets or Magic Bands) About how long does it take for them to send this out to us?

    Hi Chrisann!

    I always get so excited to receive our MagicBands in the mail because I know it means that our Walt Disney World Resort vacation is getting close!  Luckily, as long as you have customized them on My Disney Experience, your MagicBands will be mailed about 30 days before your arrival and generally take about seven to ten business days to arrive at your house, so you should be getting them very soon!  You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number in your My Disney Experience account once your MagicBands have been shipped.  

    If you purchased your theme park tickets as part of a package through the Walt Disney World Resort, you will not receive hard card tickets.  Your tickets will already be loaded on your MagicBands when you receive them!  You can check to make sure that the tickets and MagicBands are linked to the correct Guests in your My Disney Experience account online!

    If you purchased your theme park tickets online separately from your resort reservation, you may have linked them to the correct Guests when you checked out.  If you did not, you can link them to the proper My Disney Experience accounts using the confirmation number on the email you received after purchasing the tickets.  Once linked, tickets are attached to their relative My Disney Experience accounts and will also be loaded to the active linked MagicBands.  If you have any issues, feel free to contact the Cast Members at Resort Reservations at 407-939-1936.
