    We have reservations in Dec for Disney World during the time that normal free dining is offered. Do you have any idea of when they normally announce the free dining and do you have to already have dining on your reservations to take advantage of it?

    Many families love to take advantage of promotions such as free dining when they visit the Walt Disney World Resort! It can be a terrific deal! At this time, we have not heard word on that particular promotion for this year, but certainly keep checking in because it typically is announced relatively soon.

    When it is announced, be aware that it is limited to certain Walt Disney World Resort hotels, certain dates, and certain room types. You do NOT have to have a previous reservation or a previously booked Disney Dining Plan in order to take advantage. In fact, in most cases you will have to cancel your current reservation and make an entirely new one, in order to get the promotion.
