Hi Megan! Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad to see you've returned to send more vacation planning questions our way.
Wow, your trip is coming up soon! And you scored reservations at
Cinderella's Royal Table? It sounds like you're becoming a Walt Disney World Resort expert yourself! A breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table is on my daughter's bucket list, so I hope to follow in your footsteps on our next vacation!
Magic Kingdom Park currently opens at 9 a.m., but has early-entry hours for Disney Resort Hotel Guests at 8:30 a.m.
Parking for Guests usually opens 45-60 minutes before the park opens, which means in your case, you will be able to park at the Ticket and Transportation Center (the designated parking area for Magic Kingdom Park) between 7:30-7:45 a.m. As times are subject to change, be sure to check back the week of your trip to confirm park hours.
Walt Disney World Transportation begins also begins when the parking lot opens. You will want to park and hop in the shortest line for the monorail or ferryboat. Former planDisney panelist, Robyn,
shares a helpful tip about checking if bus transportation is available to shorten your travel time.
It is a quick ride by any transportation over to Magic Kingdom Park from the Ticket and Transportation Center, so just have your
MagicBands or Admission Cards or
MagicMobile Service ready as you arrive to the park. If you happen to arrive to the park entrance before it is open, find a Cast Member and show them your dining reservation and you will usually be able to enter the park about 15 minutes early. If you happen to arrive a tad bit late, it is my experience that you have about a 15 minute grace period to check in to your reservation!
Megan, you are doing a magnificent job getting all of your plans in order before your arrival. I don't know about you, but the thought of that
Caramel Apple French Toast is giving me a little "rumbly in my tumbly"all the way in New Jersey! I hope you have a fantastic breakfast and enjoy your stay at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Until next time,
Ashley
