I have reservations for Chef Mickey's on Sunday 6/14 at 7:00AM. My question is this is the day we are going to Magic Kingdom as well. Do I have to have my tickets (1 day ticket) for Magic Kingdom bought before I can dine at Chef Mickey's.

No. Chef Mickey's is located in the Contemporary Resort, which is located next to, but not inside, the Magic Kingdom. You do not need any sort of admission ticket to get into the Contemporary. Once you're done with your meal you can either walk or take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom. You will need a ticket to enter the park.

Enjoy your day at Walt Disney World!
