    If I make reservations @ Chef Mickey's for 6:45 would my family have time to eat then go outside to watch the Wishes fireworks that start @ 8pm that night? And is it a good view bc we will not be able to go to the park to watch them.

    I think you'll be fine. Character buffet meals typically take an hour start to finish. To make sure that you're done before 8:00, be sure to show up for your meal on time, or even about 15-20 minutes early.

    There is a great spot for viewing Wishes on an outdoor balcony just off the fourth floor of the Contemporary, near Chef Mickey's. When you're leaving Chef Mickey's walk past the gift shops, as if you were going to the Bay Lake Tower Wing. Exit the building here and you'll see a large balcony with a good view of the fireworks. You are welcome to watch from here.
