    We have reservations at Chef Mickeys for 11:40 am. Is this still breakfast and with the characters? I thought I had read somewhere that they were now doing breakfast with longer hours.

    Oh boy, oh boy, Donna! You have booked one of the brand new Chef Mickey's brunch reservations! Availability just opened today for this new brunch, which will begin May 31. Breakfast at Chef Mickey’s in Disney's Contemporary Resort will run until 11:30 a.m., and the restaurant will then switch over to brunch until 2:30 p.m. The best news is that our favorite Fab 5 Disney characters will be there during brunch! 

    Disney Parks Blog recently ran a feature on this new meal and the brunch offerings look delicious! There will be the standard breakfast favorites, along with soups and salads including Caesar, seafood, fresh broccoli, antipasto, chicken and Caprese. Hot dishes such as barbecued ribs, seafood étouffée and baked salmon will be found along with the must-have Mickey waffles. The ice cream bar and Contemporary bakery sweets also will be part of the buffet.
