When I make my reservations for the campground, what will be the deposit charged to my credit card?

    Hi Cynthia!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   I am thrilled to hear you are planning a trip The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.   You are going to have an amazing time.  My family loves the campground and would spend days just exploring and not going to the theme parks.  I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

The deposit charged for a Disney Resort Reservation is dependent on a few factors.   First whether or not you will be doing a room only reservation or if you will be booking a package that includes, room, theme park tickets and possibly even one of the amazing Disney Dining Plans.  If you book a room only reservation the deposit would be one nights room charge plus tax.  The remaining balance would be due at check in.   For packages you would need to put at least a $200 deposit down, and have the entire balance paid off at least 30 days before arrival.   I like to book my packages well in advance, that way I can make payments on the trip monthly.

I hope this has helped clear up any confusion you may have had.  If you think of anything else we can provide assistance with, please stop by again.  All the Disney Parks Moms Panelists love to lend a helping hand any chance we get.
