How do I make reservations for Blue Bayou in Disneyland?

Greetings and welcome to planDisney, Allyson. I always look forward to all of the delicious meals and snacks that I'll get to partake in during my visits to the Disneyland Resort. So let's hop to it and talk dining reservations.

There's nothing quite like enjoying a meal with fireflies dancing on the water as boats drift by with Guests embarking on a pirate adventure. Advance dining reservations can be made up to 60 days ahead of your visit. The good news is that with your visit just around the corner, you're well within the window to make dining reservations. The not-so-great news is that I checked and it looks like there are currently no reservations at the Blue Bayou Restaurant. This is quite a popular dining spot and most of these reservations are snagged fairly quickly right at the 60-day mark.

Although there aren't any reservations available, don't lose hope just yet! The Blue Bayou also offers Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability where you can join the walk-up wait list in the Disneyland app. On the day of your visit, open the app and navigate to "Dining" from the top menu. Select "Blue Bayou" on the map or from "Show List" in the bottom right corner. You will need to be near the restaurant and will tap the option to "Join Walk-Up List" to add your name to the list, if available. If this is something on your must-do list, I recommend being near the restaurant close to opening time for the best chance at getting on the list for a table.

You can also continue to check for an open reservation leading up to your visit. Guests' plans often change and you never know when a reservation may open up. I've had luck with dining reservations on the day of my visit, so it's always a good idea to continue to check.

Allyson, while this might not be the answer you were expecting, I hope the information is helpful. Most of all, I hope that you're able to get on the list and get a table at the Blue Bayou. Let us know if there's anything else that we can help with. I'll be wishing on a star and sending all the pixie dust your way!
