Jyillean, I'm glad to see you have purchased customizable bands! There are so many options available and you can choose the MagicBand that best reflects you and your family's style/character! It a great way to begin planning your Walt Disney World vacation, and it enables you to get your family involved in aspects of your trip. You mentioned that your MagicBand package is slated to be delivered the day you arrive at
Disney's Beach Club Resort. If the package arrives after you've departed for Walt Disney World, you can stop at the front desk and let the Cast Member know that you did not receive your MagicBands for your trip. They will be able to provide you with replacement MagicBands, however, they will only be the colored bands. Should you want characters or designs, you can purchase new MagicBands at most of the retail stores located within the parks and resorts. Although your MagicBands may not arrive on time for this trip, they will still be active in your
My Disney Experience account. This allows you to utilize this MagicBand for any upcoming trip. You can also see all of the MagicBands associated with your account in My Disney Experience, under the tab of MagicBands.
