We have reservations for BBB at 2:00pm in DD and then ADR for Princess Storybook in Epcot at 4:30pm. Will we have time to get to our dinner reservation? And what is the quickest way to get to Epcot from Downtown Disney? Love the panel!

You should be fine. The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover will take less than an hour (really more like half an hour if they're running on time). When you're done you'll walk to the Downtown Disney Marketplace bus stop.

There are no buses that go directly from Downtown Disney to the theme parks, but there are buses that go to all of the resort. So, what you'll want to do is take a bus to a resort that is very near Epcot. The best choices for this would be either the Boardwalk resort or the Beach Club resort. Take whichever comes first. These resorts are both about a 5-7 minute walk away from the International Gateway entrance to Epcot, which is located between the England and France pavilions in the World Showcase. This is very convenient because the Princess Storybook meals are in the Akershus in the Norway pavilion, also in the World Showcase area. I would budget about an hour to get from Downtown Disney to your meal (could be less than this) so you'll be there in time for your dinner reservation.
