I have 2 reservations at AoA. One for Jan.4 and the other from Jan. 5-10. Will they move us to a new room on Jan.5? We`ll be at the parks early in the morning, we won`t be able to move to a different room. Who should I call to request for the same room?

Hi Karla! Thanks for writing us with such a great question. Many people book split stays at the same resort such as you did. There should be no problem staying in the same room, as long as both of your reservations are for the same room type, such as a standard room or family suite. I would be sure to advise them of the fact that you have two reservations in advance though, which will hopefully streamline the process at check-in. I would do so by calling the central resort reservation number at (407) 939-1936 or the Art of Animation resort directly at (407) 938-7000.
