I would like to make reservations for the 50th anniversary-when can you book this reservation and get tickets to the parks?

    Welcome to planDisney, Melanie!

I am thrilled to hEAR that you will be joining us for an extra magical celebration as Walt Disney World Resort celebrates it's golden birthday!

Melanie, to answer your question, you can book NOW! And I suggest that you go ahead and book as soon as possible, as Disney Resorts Collection hotel rooms and Disney Park Pass system reservations are getting a little tight on availability already. The Official 50th- anniversary is on October 1st 2021, but I suspect that the celebrations will keep going for some time.

What you will want to do is to select your dates, and then go to the official Walt Disney World Resort website to price out a vacation package. After you have booked your vacation package (with as little as $200 down, although payment terms are subject to change) you can then make your Disney Park Pass System reservations.

Melanie, you have so much to look forward to, including some amazing nighttime special effects, new outfits for Minnie and Mickey, and the Grand Opening of Remy's Ratatouille Adventure

I just know you will have the best time, Melanie. Please come back here to planDisney if we can help answer any questions for you as you plan your once-in-a-lifetime-celebration-vacation.

    See you real soon!
