    We have reservations at Akershus Royal Hall in September for 7pm. I have conflicting information about whether this is character Dining. Will the princesses be there?

    Yes. All the meals at Akershus in the Norway pavilion at Epcot include characters. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You'll certainly see princesses while you are dining and can speak with them and pose for photos.
