I have reservations at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall . one evening on a day I am at Epcot for dinner is that a place where I am suppose to dress up? or will walking shorts be ok? is this a buffet or off the menu? Have the dlx dining plan

    Hi Sheri,

There is no special dress code for the Akershus restaurant. You can wear whatever you'd wear to tour the theme parks. Walking shorts are fine.

The food at Akershus is a bit of hybrid between buffet and menu-based. There is a cold buffet of salads, cheeses, seafood, and breads that serves as an appetizer and is part of everyone's meal. After the cold buffet, you get to choose your entree from a menu. The selections include salmon, roast chicken, pork tenderloin, beef tips, a pasta dish, and several other options. It's delicious!

Have a great meal at the Akershus.
