    I have a reservation at a WDW resort in October. Four other people are joining me coming from 3 different cities. How and when do I get the Magic Bands?

    Hi Linda,

    I love the Walt Disney World Resorts in October! It is my favorite time of the year to visit with both the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Presented by Chase and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

    Since you seem to be the organizer of this trip, you should have each of your friends joining you set up a My Disney Experience account. You can then link these to your trip. Once everyone is on the trip, you can then set up Magic Bands and delivery. You can ask your friends which color they would like and what name they would like on the Magic Band. 

    All the bands will be shipped to you and then you can distribute when you meet in October.
