Hi Nicole!
We are so happy that you have visited us here at planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question about
Disney Resorts Collection Hotels to us! Planning a Walt Disney World vacation includes not only resort reservation and ticket purchases but budgeting for all of it!
Like you, I try and make my payment for my vacation package well ahead of time, in order to have one less planning item checked off my list. If you have made a room-only resort reservation, you will not be able to see your reservation payment option on your
My Disney Experience account. In order to make your final payment, you would need to contact
Reservation Guest Services. They will be able to complete that transaction on your behalf. If you have booked a Walt Disney World Vacation package and it is not showing up on your My Disney Experience account, you would need to contact Guest Services to have it reflect accordingly.
My Disney Experience Planning Tip: Make sure that your tickets and your resort reservations are linked appropriately to your My Disney Experience account. You can link reservations by clicking on the 'Future Plans' tab and scrolling all the way down. There is a tab that says 'Link Account,' where you can add any resort or dining reservations, tickets, or MagicBands that have not populated into the app.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
Malanie
