Hi Lisa,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm excited to hear that you're planning another
Walt Disney World Resort adventure, and I hope you enjoy the
perfect mix of reliving favorite Disney traditions and discovering new favorites!
You're going to LOVE
Tusker House Restaurant. Not only is the food delicious, but you'll feel like you're immersed in an African marketplace along with some of the most beloved Disney characters! My family enjoyed breakfast there not too long ago, and our reservation time was at 10:30 a.m. Breakfast was available long enough that we were able to visit the buffet twice, and once they started putting lunch options out at 11:00 a.m., they moved the remaining breakfast foods over to a center island. At that point, any breakfast foods that ran out were no longer replenished, but there were still several options to choose from for awhile. With a 10:45 a.m. reservation time, you should have no trouble making at least one plate of breakfast food from the regular buffet. After that, you'll be able to make selections from the new lunch options or any breakfast items that still remain. Many Guests actually prefer that time for their
dining reservation because it's possible to sample foods from two yummy, yet different, menus! If there's something specific on the breakfast menu that you're afraid you won't get to try, don't be afraid to kindly mention it to your server. He or she may be able to pull some strings with Donald Duck and the chefs to make the magic happen.
Thanks so much for bringing us another great question, Lisa, and please feel free to keep them coming, as we're always here and happy to help. I hope that you and your family have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation!
Missy
