Hi Sabrina,
Lunch at
T-REX sounds like a dino-mite idea! You're going to have a BLAST (
from the past!) dining with our Jurassic friends, experiencing meteor showers (no worries...the "explosions" are harmless!), and enjoying some delicious bites from the mammoth menu. Be sure to save room for the Chocolate Extinction! Mmm...
Once you're done with your roaring great lunch, you'll need to catch a
bus to one of the
Disney Resort hotels before heading to
Magic Kingdom Park. There are no buses that travel directly to the theme parks, and unfortunately the water taxi to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is still temporarily closed as part of the
phased reopening. Once you arrive at one of the Resort hotels, though, you may simply use the transportation there to get to Magic Kingdom Park. For most Resort hotels, that will simply mean switching buses. If you have your heart set on taking a
water taxi, I'd encourage you to catch a bus to Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, Disney's Wilderness Lodge, or Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. They all have a water taxi that will take you right to Magic Kingdom Park. Of course, a ride on the iconic
monorail would also be fun, so feel free to catch a ride to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa or Disney's Contemporary Resort to enjoy that. Both of those Resort hotels are within walking distance of Magic Kingdom, too! You have a gigantosaurus number of options to get to the theme park for the afternoon, so feel free to choose whichever one sounds best to you!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, Sabrina, and please feel free to come see us again if we can help with anything else! I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
