    If I make a reservation with tickets, when is the latest I can cancel everything if I need to - including the tickets? Can I get to all the parks using your busses, boats, etc. with an ECV? I'm planning on staying at the Grand Floridian. Thank you!

There is nothing more magical than a stay at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, the epitome of elegance and luxury with the added benefit of incredible views of Magic Kingdom Park and the Electrical Water Pageant.

    When booking a vacation package with a Disney Resort hotel and theme park tickets, it is fully refundable, aside from Travel Protection (if included), if canceled more than 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 29 days to 2 days before your arrival date, there is a $200 penalty per room, plus any cancellation fees assessed by other suppliers. If you cancel your vacation package one day before arrival, the vacation package is non-refundable.

    Helpful services and access options are available throughout Walt Disney World Resort for Guests with mobility disabilities. You will be able to use the various modes of transportation available in Walt Disney World while using your Electric Conveyance Vehicle.
