How to make a reservation for theme park we canceled the ones and need to make a different one

Hey there, Stephen! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! I'm so excited to hear that you're headed to The Most Magical Place on Earth this September! Between the fall decorations on Main Street U.S.A. and The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration still in full swing, you're sure to find magic waiting for you around every corner. But before we can get you standing in front of Cinderella Castle, we have to finish making your Theme Park Reservations!

Stephen, the great news is that if you've canceled your previous Theme Park Reservations, you're already ready to make your new ones with the Disney Park Pass system! Go ahead and select the dates and parks you'd like to visit for each day of your trip.

If you have any difficulty in making your new reservations, you might want to double-check that your Theme Park Reservations have, indeed, been canceled. To do this, log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets until you see the reservations you've made. If you have Theme Park Reservations, you'll see an image of the park with the words "Disney Park Pass" next to it. If you would like to cancel them, click the button to the right that says "View Details." Here, you can click "Cancel This Reservation." Prior to canceling and rebooking any reservations, be sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure that the parks you wish to visit are available for each day of your trip!

If you have any difficulty making your Theme Park Reservations with the above steps, my next best piece of advice would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. A little like real-life fairy godparents, they will be more than happy to take a peek at your reservations and help you to use the Disney Park Pass system! If you do decide to call a Cast Member, I have two tips for you. First, I'd recommend calling right at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic has recently been in high demand. And second, have a little extra patience! Cast Members do everything they can to make every day the BEST. DAY. EVER. I'm sure a friendly voice and some extra kindness will be warmly welcomed!

I hope I was able to help you make your Theme Park Reservations today, Stephen! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!
