I have a reservation at the Swan Reserve and I booked it through Disney. When I linked My reservation to my MDE account only the hotel showed up not the tickets. How do i link those?

Hi there, Robert! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so excited to hear that you're headed to Walt Disney World Resort this fall! You're sure to have an extra magical time with The World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing. Take some time to check out the Beacons of Magic, which light up the night in new and exciting ways (Spaceship Earth in EPCOT is my favorite!). Not only that, but you'll be just in time for the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. You won't want to miss sampling the global marketplaces and jamming to the live entertainment!

Robert, I think you're going to absolutely love your stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. There are so many benefits to staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel that add extra pixie dust to an already-magical vacation! You can magically enter the parks 30 minutes early with Early Theme Park Entry, and your resort also offers you Extended Evening Theme Park Hours as well. This is a great way to maximize the magic!

However, I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty viewing your Theme Park Tickets in your My Disney Experience account! I would love to try to help. First, let's see if we can view your tickets. To do this, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets, then toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. Here, you should be able to view the tickets that you purchased with your vacation package!

If you aren't able to see your tickets on this page, let's try to link them to your account. Check your confirmation email and see if there's a confirmation number associated with your tickets. Head to the Link Reservations and Purchases page to link your Theme Park Tickets. Once your tickets are linked, you'll want to make sure that you make your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system as soon as you're able to! This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip.

If you still aren't able to link your tickets after following the above steps, you may want to reach out to a Cast Member. You can even try to connect to a Cast Member through the Chat feature in your My Disney Experience app! This way, you can leave a message and a Cast Member will respond as soon as they're able to. Log in to your app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, then tap Chat With Us. Pro tip: make sure to describe your situation and include your confirmation number so they can find your information easily and efficiently.

I hope I was able to help you today, Robert! If you have any other questions as you continue to put the finishing touches on your vacation, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
