    I have a reservation at the swan hotel in December. Is there a way to link this reservation to my Disney experience?

    Hey there, Joetta!

    You can absolutely link your reservation at the Walt Disney World Resort Swan Hotel to your My Disney Experience Account. 

    All you will need to do is log into your My Disney Experience Account and enter your confirmation number and the last name of the primary person on the reservation. Note that the confirmation number from the company that you booked through may be different from the Disney confirmation number. 

    If you receive an error message when you are trying to link your reservation, simply call the Walt Disney World Resort Swan Hotel at (407) 934-3000 and they will be able to provide you with the correct confirmation number to enter. It will also take about 72 hours after making your reservation to be able to link your stay to your My Disney Experience Account.
