You can update Guest names under
My Family & Friends and select
MagicBands on the
My Plans section of
My Disney Experience. To access the My Plans page, visit
disneyworld.com and sign in to your account or open the
My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. Find your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation and under "My Reservation" you will see a section to "Choose MagicBands" with a MagicBand icon. Simply select the members of your travel party you'd like to purchase a MagicBand for and make your choices.
As a reminder, Disney is strongly recommending Guests use
Online Check-In to aid in social distancing efforts and avoid delays. "When you use the Direct-to-Room service, you provide us in advance of your arrival with information typically collected during a traditional check-in at the Front Desk. On arrival day, you'll receive notifications on your mobile device with real-time updates, including when your room is ready and what your room number is." You can begin the
online check-in process now on disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app. Be sure to bring your MagicBand with you or set up the
Unlock Door feature on your smartphone.
If you have a credit card on file there's also no need to stop by the Front Desk to
check out of your room. Simply leave your room any time before 11:00 a.m. on the morning of your departure. If you're not leaving town immediately, you can store your luggage with Bell Services. Disney will send an email with any itemized hotel charges or you can view your charges on the My Disney Experience app.
