We have a reservation at Rose and Crown at 8:30pm this Friday. We didn’t book special fireworks viewing seats. Do they let you leave the table to watch fireworks, then come back?

Cheerio, Kim, and welcome to planDisney! I see your Walt Disney World Resort visit is coming up spit-spot, so let's look at your firework viewing options at the Rose & Crown Dining Room at EPCOT.

I spoke to a jolly-old Cast Member who said you might have luck seeing the fireworks from your table at this British-inspired restaurant. My first tip is to ask for a table with a view of the EPCOT Forever nighttime spectacular, and although not guaranteed, I feel sure they will seat you in the best spot available. Many outdoor tables will have lovely views, and some inside tables overlook the World Showcase Lagoon.

If your server knows you'd like to see the fireworks, they will give you any tips or options depending on the evening's capacity. When I ate there a few weeks ago, we were seated outside but not in the viewing area designated for guests with the Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package. We didn't have time to stay for the fireworks, but we would have had a decent view. If you are seated where you do not have a view, I suggest checking with your server before leaving your table.

I always order the plant-based Fish and Chips at Rose & Crown. You must request This "secret menu" item, but it's been available on my last few visits. You'll get a generous portion of vegan fish and a heaping helping of fries and mushy peas. You'll think you're in England! And don't worry; they have actual Fish and Chips, too.

I don't mean to be cheeky, but I'm sending pixie dust your way so you'll see some magical fireworks and have a delicious meal on your upcoming visit. Please stop by planDisney anytime. Ta-Ta!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
