We have a reservation at 1900 Prk Fare at 550pm, but I signed up for the Pirate makeover and parade at 4pm. If we are running a lil late is there a number to call to let them know so we won't be charged $10 fee? Will they still seat us?

Hi Amy! Disney's new dining cancellation policy is intended to make sure that those coveted dining experiences, such as California Grill or 'Ohana's are not double booked and that reservations made are reservations kept. The recommendation from Guest Services is that you try to book another reservation that will give you ample time to enjoy the Pirates League make-over and arrive at your reservation on time. They also recommend that if it is not available, you may call (407) WDW DINE and alert them that you will be running late for this reservation, in so they will be able to alert the restaurant on your behalf. Granted once arrived, you may have to wait for a bit in order for them to seat you, but at the minimum, they will not charge you the cancellation fee. Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
