    If we have a reservation for 9 people, and three people in our party can't make it, am I able to change the number of guests but keep my reservation? I don't want to lose the time that I selected!

    Yes, you can adjust a reservation downward without losing it. They will appreciate that they can redirect some of that space to another party. Just call 407-WDW-DINE, and let them know. They will confirm that you can do this, and make all the needed adjustments.
