How does the reservation park system work if you are staying at a resort?

    Hi Marissa,

I hope you're dreaming some magical Disney dreams and having a blast putting plans together to turn them into a reality! I see that you're looking at a fall getaway, and that's going to be an INCREDIBLE time to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth. Have you seen the recent announcements about the 50th anniversary celebration? I cannot WAIT to see all of my favorite Disney landmarks transformed into Beacons of Magic! SO exciting!

I'm happy to hear that you're planning to stay right in the middle of the magic at a Disney Resort hotel, too! Need any help choosing one? There are so many fantastic ones, and my fellow planDisney panelists have some wonderful tips on how to find the perfect Disney Resort hotel for your crew! As far as making Disney Park Pass reservations, you'll be glad to hear that the process is easy peasy! I'd recommend checking the availability calendar before you book your vacation package, then once you've made your decision, purchased your package, and have linked your theme park ticket to your My Disney Experience account (if that didn't happen automagically), you'll want to go ahead and make your reservations. To do so, simply select the Mouseketeers in your travel party from your Family & Friends list, choose a date and theme park, and review and confirm your selections. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo...that's all you'll need to do!

Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Marissa, and please come back and see us again if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation later this year!
