Hey there Chelsea,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! It's always great to get the opportunity to answer questions from a fellow Arizonan.
Currently, to enter one of the parks of the Disneyland Resort, you're exactly right that each Guest needs both valid
theme park tickets and a
theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit.
If you or a member of your party was the person who purchased all the tickets for your group then you should have the option to make and adjust theme park reservations on the
My Plans hub of the Disneyland Resort website. Typically, theme park reservations are made during the ticket purchase process if you bought them directly from the Disneyland Resort website.
However, I certainly understand wanting everyone in your group to be able to adjust their own theme park reservations! This is where linking tickets comes in handy. To link park tickets, each member of your group will need to download and log in to the
Disneyland Resort mobile app. Then each person will tap the main menu button (the three horizontal lines), select "My Tickets & Passes," and then "Link Tickets & Passes." On this screen, you'll have the option to scan the ticket barcode with your phone camera or manually type in the ticket ID, so whoever purchased the tickets can share this information with the group and you'll be all set!
Once your tickets are linked, each person will have access to modify their own theme park reservations individually. Additionally, if you all purchase
Disney Genie+ Service, one member of your group can make
Lightning Lane return time selections for the whole group!
Thanks again for your question, Chelsea! I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
