I have my reservation number but I need the identification number to make reservations in the parks, how can I get it?

Heigh-ho Monica! It’s off to Walt Disney World Resort you go!

I’m overjoyed to hEAR you’ll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth so very soon! Can you imagine it now? You’ll be strolling down Main Street, U.S.A., as you enjoy the bright sights of Mickey balloons bobbing in the sky and Cinderella Castle all decked out in preparation for The World’s Most Magical Celebration! It’s going to be oh-so-magical!

Monica, if you have a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, you would be able to link the reservation to your My Disney Experience Mobile app. Once you do this, your tickets will also automatically link so you can make your Disney Park Pass reservations. To link your reservation, open up your My Disney Experience Mobile app and select the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner of the screen. Then, scroll down until you see “Link to Account” and select that. From here, you will choose “Link Hotel” and enter the Confirmation Number and your last name. Once you have confirmed, you’ll be able to make your Disney Park Pass reservations!

If you didn’t book a vacation package and have booked a Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation, you can still link your tickets to your My Disney Experience Mobile app! To do this, open up the app, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner, and then choose “Tickets and Passes.” From here, you will select the “+” on the top right corner of the screen and enter the ID codes of the tickets to link them. Of course, you can also scan the barcodes on your tickets using your smartphone’s camera to link them, as well!

Once your tickets are linked, you’re ready to make your Disney Park Pass reservations! Yippie! To do this, simply head to the Disney Park Pass reservations page, log in using your My Disney Experience username and password, and follow the steps to create your park passes.

If you feel you need help with any of this, please don't hesitate to contact a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience Mobile app. Open up your app, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right, and then scroll down and select "Chat With Us." A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you!

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Monica. Have an enchanting time!
