Hey howdy hey, Suyen!
Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you are hitching up the wagon for an adventure later this year. My son and I stayed at
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness last summer and loved the rustic feel of this resort!
This resort is charming, but at the same time, it is as expansive as the open range. Many Guests do utilize golf carts to get around during their stay! It is a great way to explore the resort and get the most of
all the amenities offered here. You may bring your own golf cart for use on the property during your stay or you are welcome to rent one at the Reception Outpost.
When you arrive at the resort, you will be provided a copy of the golf cart rules and regulations as part of your welcome package. You may want to be aware before you arrive that to drive the carts in the dark, you must have working headlights and taillights. This is important if you use the cart as your own Pony Express to the transportation stations and plan to return from the parks after sunset!
During our visit, we saw many families had decorated their golf carts which made them easy to identify when parked at public locations like the transportation stations and pools. As you are
visiting during the holidays, this may be a great opportunity to join in on the fun of this festive season!
Circle your wagon back to planDisney if you have any additional questions before you mosey over to the Most Magical Place on Earth, Suyen!
So long, partner! Angie
