Daniela from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a reservation for May 16th for 4 California residents (3-day tickets - this is our last one) and 1 Tier 3 ticket. We would like to move the reservation to May 13th but can't see if it is available

Hi, Daniela! Thanks for reaching out to planDisney with your question about your theme park tickets.

May sure seems to be a popular month at The Happiest Place on Earth! I'm sure the approach of summer has something to do with it; however, many Southern California residents, just like you, are eager to get in to see their pal Mickey and use those remaining days on their SoCal tickets. Consequently, the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar is quickly filling up, especially on weekdays. Currently, I don't see availability for tomorrow (May 13). Fortunately, the calendar is dynamic, meaning it changes constantly. If you refresh it several times a day, you might see that date become available as other guests cancel.

The sticky issue is that even if availability opens up for all four of you, May 13 is a Tier 4 day, and a Tier 3 day ticket cannot be used for entry (the Disneyland website has a page listing all the ticket tiers). The only option for the 1-day ticket holder is to upgrade to a Tier 4 ticket. Typically, the only way to upgrade is at the Disneyland Ticket Booths, which open up an hour before the parks. You can also give Disneyland Ticketing a call at (714) 781-4636, from 7 am to 9 pm PST daily, and they will let you know if they have other options.

I know this is not the magical answer you were hoping to hear, Daniela, but I sincerely hope you all have a great time at the parks. If you have any other questions, remember, we're all ears!
